Upon signing up, you have full access to your CMS to design and add content to your app. When you’re ready to submit and have entered all required information, check the 3 sections at the top of the CMS ‘App Vitals,’ ‘Add Content,’ and ‘Pick Theme’ to make sure each section has the green check mark and click Submit App. Our team will review your app and, assuming there are no issues, submit it to Apple/Android for approval.
Each Section will indicate whether there is sufficient content in that section. The sections marked in red are the sections that require content before submitting. We suggest having at least 5 sections completely filled out before submitting your final app.
Apple takes 7-10 business days for their approval process. We submit your Android app as soon as we receive notice of the Apple approval. The Android process takes up to 24-48 business hours. If you are submitting your app with a specific deadline (for example: a major event or festival) please leave plenty of time for Apple to review as this process cannot be expedited or controlled.
